Many apparel products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party providers, including Printful.

Product colors, sizing, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly from website images due to differences in screens, garment materials, and printing processes.

We reserve the right to change products, pricing, designs, availability, or services at any time and to cancel or refuse orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or payment issues.

Because many items are produced specifically after purchase, orders may not

be changed or canceled once production begins.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. ROLLEO PRO does not directly store complete payment-card information.

4. SHIPPING

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ROLLEO PRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because many products are made to order, returns based solely on buyer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported according to the instructions and time limits stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
